Oatmeal Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting WW Friendly (Weight Watchers) I had some ripe bananas to use up so I made up this oatmeal banana cake with cream cheese frosting and it was delicious!

Cake Ingredients:
- 2 Lg Eggs
- 4 small Bananas (or 3 medium)
- 1 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt( or fat-free sour cream)
- 1⁄3 cup Maple syrup (or brown sugar)
- 1 1⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3⁄4 cup Quick-cooking rolled oats
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1⁄2 tsp Baking powder
- 3⁄4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Frosting:
- 4 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup Confectioners’ sugar
- 1⁄8 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt(you can use 1-2 Tbsp milk instead)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Mix flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together well in a medium bowl, set aside.
- In a mixer or by hand, mix together eggs, bananas, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla until well incorporated.
- Mix dry ingredients into wet, by hand, don’t overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared 9X13 inch baking dish and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
- To make the frosting, mix all frosting ingredients together until creamy.
- Frost the cake once it is cooled.
