Cranberry Bread (Weight Watchers) I decided to lighten up one of my favorite recipes that I make every year, to make it more WW-friendly!

This Cranberry Bread looks amazing! I always add orange juice to my cranberry sauce, so I think that the zest would be nice in this. I love golden raisins, so I would definitely add those (I like them a lot more than normal raisins…but red raisins are still my favorite). I am not surprised that this bread is a tradition for me since it definitely looks good.

HOW DO I MAKE MY CRANBERRY BREAD?

1. Mix together flour and butter spread.

2. Mix in eggs, yogurt, brown sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla, until well incorporated.

3. Fold in cranberries and raisins.

4. Pour into prepared bread pan and bake at 350 for 65-70 minutes.
