I wanted to use the Member’s Mark Mango salsa that was sent to us to try in a recipe, and this is what I came up with. It was really good!

How do I make my Crock-Pot Mango Salsa Chicken?
1. Add all ingredients except for chicken breast to the crock pot and stir.
2. Nestle chicken breasts in the mixture and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is done.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Member’s Mark Mango salsa
- 3 frozen uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1⁄2 cup Fat-free chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp Taco seasoning mix
- 14 1⁄2 oz Canned black beans
- 14 1⁄2 oz Canned yellow corn
- juice from 1 fresh lime
Instructions:
