How do I make my Italian Pasta Salad?

1. Cook pasta until al dente.

2. Drain and rinse with cold water.

3. Slice pepperoni and cheese into small pieces.

4. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, adding the dressing last.

5. Eat now or let set in the fridge for a few hours.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz uncooked pasta
  • 4 light cheese sticks ( I used the Members mark light string cheese)
  • 32 slices or 56 grams of turkey pepperoni (I used the Aldi brand)
  • 3/4 cup fat-free Italian dressing
  • 2.75 oz sliced black olives
  • veggies of choice, I used 1 English cucumber, 1 red pepper and 1 red onion.
  • Chop all veggies into small pieces.
