HOW DO I MAKE MY SKINNY CHICKEN PASTA SALAD?

1. Cook pasta until al dente.

2. Drain and rinse with cold water.

3. In a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix them together.

4. Fold in cooked pasta.

  • 3⁄4 cup Fat-free Italian salad dressing
  • 1⁄2 cup Uncooked red onion, chopped
  • 1 medium Uncooked bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Grape tomatoes
  • 2 3⁄4 oz Sliced black ripe olives
  • 2 oz Mozzarella part skim finely shredded cheese
  • 8 oz Whole grain rotini, uncooked
  • 12 oz Reese’s Artichoke Hearts, Quartered, drained
  • 1/4 cup Uncooked scallions (green onions)
