Ingredients:
- Cooking spray
- 1⁄4 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1⁄2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1⁄4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 small Uncooked onion, finely diced
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 1⁄2 oz Clancy’s Tortilla chips – white rounds
- Then you’ll need 16 oz Shady Brook Farms 93% lean ground turkey
- 2⁄3 cup G Hughes Original sugar-free BBQ sauce, divided
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion, and egg.
- Add the turkey, crushed chips, and 3 tbsp barbecue sauce.
- Spoon the mixture into a prepared bread pan.
- Brush the loaf with the remaining barbecue sauce.
- Bake until a thermometer inserted in the center of the loaf registers 165°F, about 40 minutes.
- Cut the meatloaf into 8 slices.
