HOW DO I MAKE MY SOURDOUGH POP TARTS: STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Make the Dough:

1. In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter, flour, sugar, and salt.
Then cut in the cold butter until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
Gradually add cold water, mixing until a dough forms.
Divide your dough in half, shape it into discs, wrap it in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.

Assemble the Pop-Tarts:

3. Roll out each disc of dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
