  • 1/3 Cup Red onion Diced

  • 1/3 Cup Dried cranberries 50% less sugar

Dressing

  • 1 tsp Avocado oil
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 TBSP Lemon juice
  • 1 TBSP Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Poppy seeds
  • 1 TBSP Pure maple syrup
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
