HOW DO I MAKE MY CHICKEN PASTA SALAD?
1. Cook the chicken breasts then drain off any liquid and let cool.
2. In the meantime, in a large pot cook the pasta until perfect; drain and rinse under cool/cold water.
3. Then mix the mustard, yogurt, salt and pepper into the pasta.
4. Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add it to this mixture.
5. Stir in the pasta, grapes, peas and celery.
6. Mix the combination well then cover and refrigerate for about an hour.

- 2 cups pasta
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup yogurt (low-fat or fat-free)
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, slice them
- 1 cup baby peas, cooked, drained and chilled
- 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt – just a pinch
- pepper – to your preference
