  1. I lost 50 pounds on the blue program. When WWSwitched to PP I gained Ned back 30 pounds. So glad we are about to change plans. Hopefully back to blue for me.

    • I’ve lost 25 lbs on the current plan and I love it. It’s so annoying that they’re changing it. If people aren’t losing weight it’s bc they’re not doing the program. You have to treat it somewhat like a diet or it won’t work. I hate all the changes

  2. I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one not losing with this new plan. I’m up 20lbs from a year ago! I’m hoping the new change works better. I lost a TON on the green plan…

  3. I’m disappointed that WW is changing the personal points plan. I have followed my plan exactly and have lost 36 pounds so far. I really liked having the chance to earn points for good eating choices. It motivated me to get in my water each day and extra vegetables more than any other plan that I have tried. There is just something motivational about being rewarded for doing something right. I LOVED having potatoes free and now that will be gone. It will be nice to have the recipes with the exact points now, but that was not an issue for me to calculate what my personal points would be on a recipe, because the tools to do so are on the app. It is still not healthy to overeat, even on the zero point foods. I’m not sure why people would be gaining on this plan if they were tracking and following it exactly.

  4. The only plan that worked for me is Points Plus. When they changed to Freestyle I didn’t budge. It took almist a year to drop the weight I had left to get to my goal. Then the plan changed AGAIN. Yet, everytime asked why I’m gaining weight it was the same answers, like a recorded msg. Then I started gaining weight. I had lost 50lbs: I’ve gained 30 back. I don’t feel good. I want to rejoin but am afraid it will be the same results.

  5. I do not want to join weight watchers, but would love to buy the food point book and zero point food list . Is it possible to buy the books or charts?
