Kodiak Cakes Muffins Ingredients

Ingredients:
- 1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (about 3).
- 2 large eggs.
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce.
- ¼ cup skim milk.
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
- And you’ll need 1-¾ cups Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Buttermilk Flapjack & Waffle Mix.
- 1-½ teaspoons baking powder.

- Preheat the oven to 400F and spray a regular 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Also, you can line your muffin tin with muffin/cupcake liners.
- Whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs, applesauce, milk and brown sugar in a large bowl.
- Add the Kodiak Cakes mix and baking powder, stir just until blended.
- Divide the batter equally among the 12 muffin cups.
- You can sprinkle the tops of your muffins evenly with any optional additions if desired.
- Bake them at 400 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
- Finally, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
