HOW DO I MAKE MY 2 INGREDIENT DOUGH CHEESEBURGER BOMBS?
1. Cook meat and onion in a medium-sized frying pan on med/high heat until meat is browned and onion is softened.
2. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Mix 1 cup of flour with Greek yogurt until well combined.
4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
5. Once the dough is well kneaded, cut it into 8 equal parts and roll out each part into roughly a 5-inch diameter circle.
6. Put about 1 Tbsp of cheese in the middle of the dough, followed by 4 Tbsp of meat mixture, 1/2 Tbsp of relish and 1/2 tsp mustard.
7. Pull the sides of the pastry upward and together and pinch to close.
8. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the seam side down.
9. Brush balls with a slightly beaten egg.
10. Bake at 425 for about 15 minutes.
11. Serve with mustard.
