Weight Watchers Skinny Strawberry Cake

HOW DO I MAKE MY SKINNY STRAWBERRY CAKE?

1. Mix together cake mix, yogurt and water, mix well for about 1-2 minutes.

2. Pour in the prepared 13X9 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

3. Let’s completely cool.

4. For the frosting, combine milk, pudding mix and vanilla, mix well for about 1-2 minutes.

5. Mix in whipped topping.

6. Evenly spread over the top of the cooled cake and top with sliced strawberries.

7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours for the best results.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1, 1 oz box sugar-free fat-free Jello pudding mix
  • 8 oz fat-free whipped topping (sugar-free works too!)
  • 1 cup 1% or skim milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 8 oz sliced fresh strawberries
