Ingredients:
- 1 box cake mix (I used strawberry)
- 2 5.3 oz Oikos triple zero Greek yogurts
- 1 cup water
- 1, 1 oz box sugar-free fat-free Jello pudding mix
- 8 oz fat-free whipped topping (sugar-free works too!)
- 1 cup 1% or skim milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions:
- Mix together cake mix, yogurt and water, mix well for about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the prepared 13X9 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
- Let completely cool.
- For the frosting, combine milk, pudding mix and vanilla, mix well for about 1-2 minutes.
- Mix in whipped topping.
- Evenly spread over the top of the cooled cake and top with sliced strawberries.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours for the best results.
