HOW DO I MAKE MY SKINNY STRAWBERRY CAKE?
1. Mix together cake mix, yogurt and water, mix well for about 1-2 minutes.
2. Pour in the prepared 13X9 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
3. Let’s completely cool.
4. For the frosting, combine milk, pudding mix and vanilla, mix well for about 1-2 minutes.
5. Mix in whipped topping.
6. Evenly spread over the top of the cooled cake and top with sliced strawberries.
7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours for the best results.
Strawberry Cake Ingredients

Ingredients:

- 2 5.3 oz Oikos triple zero Greek yogurts
- 1 cup water
- 1, 1 oz box sugar-free fat-free Jello pudding mix
- 8 oz fat-free whipped topping (sugar-free works too!)
- 1 cup 1% or skim milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions:
