Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas Ingredients

INGREDIENTS
- 1 large onion cut into strips
- Cut 1 medium green bell pepper and 1 medium red bell pepper into thin strips
- 3 teaspoons olive oil divided
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1 pound chicken tenders cut into strips
- 2 teaspoons fajita seasoning
- 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas warmed
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the air fryer to 350° F.
- Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and onion in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Add salt and ground black pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Set aside for later.
- In another mixing bowl, add chicken. Season with fajita seasoning.
- Drizzle chicken with 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Toss to coat well.
- In a preheated air fryer, place the prepared chicken in a basket.
- Cook for six minutes, shake, then cook for another 6 minutes.
- Remove chicken and aside to rest.
- Then place green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and onion in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 7 minutes. Shake, then cook another 7 minutes.
- Divide equal amounts of chicken and green pepper, red pepper and onion into eight tortillas.
