Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread Ingredients

Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- ¼ cup 0% plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Cinnamon swirl mix *use the below ingredients
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon

- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Spray your regular-sized loaf pan and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon together.
- Beat together your mashed banana and brown sugar in a separate bowl.
- Add in eggs, apple sauce and yogurt and continue beating.
- Add vanilla and then stir in your dry ingredients.
- Pour half of the batter into your loaf pan and spread out.
- In a small zip lock bag shake together your 3 tablespoons white sugar and 2 teaspoon cinnamon then sprinkle it on top of the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter into a loaf pan.
- Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
