Cheesy Baked Chicken Breast Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Use non-stick cooking spray to spray a baking dish.
- Add the chicken breasts. (At this point I seasoned the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.)
- Add the sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Mix together.
- Then add 1/4 cup of the Swiss cheese to the chicken and add the sour cream mixture.
- Top the remaining Swiss cheese on top of the sour cream.
- Bake for 60 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
