HOW DO I MAKE MY CROCKPOT CHICKEN SALSA?
1. Add all ingredients to the crockpot
2. Then cook on low for 8 hrs or high for 4 hrs
3. Remove chicken, shred, and mix back in
4. Lightly sauté diced peppers & onions and add to crockpot
5. Cook on low for an additional 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 jar of your favorite salsa
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 can fire-roasted corn (drained)
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 packet of low-sodium taco seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to the crockpot
- Then cook on low for 8 hrs or high for 4 hrs
- Remove chicken, shred, and mix back in
